Ivanka Trump and Chelsea Clinton may not agree in the political arena, but both women have one thing in common: excellent taste in real estate.

Chelsea Clinton’s former Fifth Avenue condo just hit the market, according to the New York Post – and boy, is it a looker.

Boasting an open chef’s kitchen, 10-foot ceilings, and direct views of Madison Square Park, it’s easy to see why Clinton’s old place clocks in for $5.99 million. Heck, considering that her three-bedroom unit is the lowest priced condo in the building, it’s actually kind of a steal.

Clinton and husband, Marc Mezvinsky, traded in their 1,922 square-foot pad in the NoMad section of Manhattan for larger digs nearby in 2013.

Take a look at Clinton and Trump’s former and present Manhattan apartments and tell us who you think does city living best.

On the other side of the spectrum, real estate heiress Ivanka Trump‘s home isn’t too shabby, either.

Curbed reports that Trump and hubby, Jared Kushner, paid $16 million for the penthouse at  Trump Park Avenue back in 2011. Decorated by Kelly Behun, it’s safe to say Ivanka’s place is nothing short of stunning. (Full disclosure: It was featured on the cover of ELLE DECOR’s October 2012 issue.)

With an art collection, a light fixture by Lindsay Adelmann, and a high-tech kitchen where Trump makes her own duck prosciutto (!!!), the space is definitely dream-worthy.
